Photo-walking on the streets of Bangalore

One morning I decided to go for a photo walking. I was staying in the area called Kundanahalli, in Bangalore. I started walking on the street towards whitefield. On my way I came across a pottery where all the freshly made pots were kept neatly arranged. I could smell the morning fresh air mixed with the sweet smell of earth . There were different forms of art being practiced here. The potter working his magic on the pots, was an amazing art to see and experience, though I couldn't capture that in my camera, the memories will remain fresh sealed in my heart..

One other place that drew my interest was a small area on the side of the main road cluttered with some discarded statues of Gods and Goddesses. They were very finely detailed and lots in number. I thought it would make an interesting subject.

Shivanasamudra, Karnataka

This Shivanasamundra Falls is on the river Kaveri after the river has would its way through the rocks and ravines of the Deccan Plateau and drops off to form waterfalls. The island town of Shivanasamundra divides the river into twin waterfalls. This creates the fourth largest island in the rivers course. A group of ancient temples are located here. It has an average width of 305 meters  a height of 98 meters and an average volume of 934 cubic meters/ sec. The time of best flow are the monsoon season of July to October.

My vacation in Arunachal Pradesh

While I was spending my holidays at Doimuk in the district of  Papumpare, Arunachal Pradesh. In the evenings, I would often go for a walk with my camera to the nearby places. The nature of this place always surprised me, as because its beautiful lies in its simplicity. The place is surrounded by hills and rivers. The atmosphere is so serene that only the gurgling sound of the of river streams can be heard up to distance. It has got its own way of calming a troubled mind and soul. People are simple, modest and close to nature. Weather as pleasant as always. I pray that it stays same.

Photography at Deer Park

I am an amateur photographer. I have just recently started photography with my newly acquired canon 500D.
I have this amazing park called Deer Park at a 10 minutes walk from my place. This park is located in South Delhi. This place is known for walking, jogging and weekend outings. It also has some historical tombs of Mughal era.
It is called Deer park because it actually houses a large number of deer inside the park. There is a large enclosure in the park for deer to roam around, play with each other, have a occasional friendly fight and provide a learning and entertaining experiences to the visitors especially the children.
